Designed for women at any stage of their professional journey, Level Up is for women from across Bermuda’s industries—from CEOs to associates, bartenders to managers—Level Up offers something valuable for all to learn.

Women Mean Business was established to provide a platform that supports, educates, and inspires women’s professional growth. Investing in female leadership in Bermuda is vital—when women lead, they drive innovation, foster diversity, and contribute to the strength and resilience of the entire community.

We are thrilled to welcome UK investor, CEO, and former Dragon’s Den star Jenny Campbell, who will deliver the keynote address. Jenny brings with her a wealth of experience in business and financial services, having worked at RBS and NatWest Banks in UK leadership roles.  She ran several businesses across Europe. During her time on Dragon's Den, she invested in five businesses across industries including energy, wellness, media, and spirits. She is a regular visitor to Bermuda and a member of the Bermuda Society

The afternoon will also include a panel discussion with some of Bermuda's top female leaders. In this session we will have the privilege of hearing their experiences as we deep-dive into what it takes to become a CEO/ Leader. We will hear how they got to the top, struggles and challenges along the way, lessons learned, and their valuable advice to secure key leadership roles with influence.

Attendees will also benefit from a Coaching Workshop led by Lorene Phillips, Clarendon Wallace, CEO.
